Diet pills are a joke. There aren’t any weight loss supplements around that enable you to lose weight, burn fat, or perhaps tone the body of yours.
Recently, my #1 client hit me with an email asking, “What do you imagine of a supplement called _____?” (Name removed to safeguard the useless!)
At this point _____ is a favorite “fat burner”, but allow me fastest way to lose weight for woman over 50 (click through the up coming website) let you know, I do not think a lot of it (or perhaps some fat burner product, for that matter).
Almost every fat burner available on the market is a glorified caffeine pill. And there actually isn’t one item on the market with a well-done, scientific study supporting it’s use.
As I told the customer of mine, “You know the tricks, bro: Work which is hard, done consistently, and proper nutrition. That is all it takes to obtain the body you want” (which he has too, going from 210 as well as 20 % body fat to 175 and single digit unwanted fat, all while arriving at his top fitness level ever).
Back to supplements…I’m not confident that there’s a single ingredient available that will have a big impact on your fat loss. Regardless of whether it’s caffeine, calcium, pyruvate, chitosan, forskolin, HCA, or perhaps my beloved Green Tea and fish oils, I do not believe you’ll get rid of any extra fat if you use these items (although Green tea, calcium & fish oils can have a significant effect on much better health).
So it’s time to expose another misconception – the myth that a supplement or ingredient can allow you to burn more fat and calories and help you get the body of your dreams. This’s simply not going to take place.
Buyer beware, I say. Or buyer be ready, that is a lot better. Get to know the simple truth about these items and no matter whether they are going to do whatever they say, or just burn a hole in the wallet of yours.
