What if I told you that you can lose some weight while still eating tasty foods full of fat?
I have struggled all my life with abdominal fat. It has been a lifelong concern because while the rest of the entire body of mine was thin, I’ve had some abdominal fat since kindergarten, when I was selected to flip through a “round robin” poem. I was traumatized in first grade when a boy named me “Chubby Checkers” (a widely used singer in the 1960s who was somewhat overweight). As he a raw foodist, I could not toss out the “apple shape,” or perhaps having a rather bigger belly than hips.
Which is…until I discovered the secret of fighting fat with fat. I’ve right now, at age fifty three and after menopause, gotten to my perfect weight for the very first time after high school. I could proudly wear designer jeans, as well as dress like young women. And best of all, I don’t struggle to keep it off. I’ve learned the techniques of fighting fat with fat.
In the 1980s there was a theory that we will indulge in all of the carbohydrates we wanted and that these would not be stored as fat. Extra fat on the entire body came largely from unwanted fat in the diet, the principle went. And there were studies to demonstrate this theory, naturally. Therefore the idea was eating very little fat as is possible. While there’s some truth to that, in that weight in the eating plan can more easily be stored as unwanted fat, individuals who adhered to this principle went crazy in under ingesting essential fatty acids. They suffered from depression, fatigue, PMS, and all types of maladies. Put quite simply, your body needs fat. Next to oxygen and water, fat is the most important component of the body.
We today know we need to have fat to burn up fat. We need the good fats to boost the metabolic rate of ours. Fats are necessary to make hormones that burn fat. the brains of ours need fat, specifically the kind with DHA, making up 60 % of our brains.
Consume Monounsaturated Fats with Every Meal
Research indicate that monounsaturated fatty acids, exipure – www.sfgate.com – known as MUFAS, are the key to eliminating abdominal or belly fat. In The Flat Belly Diet, they teach you for breaking up your food into 3 food and 1 snack, each one 400 calories. Every meal/snack must have aproximatelly 100 calories of MUFAS. This could be 2 tablespoons of nuts (macademia nuts are especially high in MUFAS), 10 15 olives, 1/3 of an avocado, a tablespoonful of acai berry, a tablespoon of coconut oil, or an ounce of milk chocolate.
Eat Plenty of Omega three Fatty Acids
