When my wife bought the GP ZT-4, I had to pay the delivery charge. Unfortunately, I was not able to return it until the 18th of January. Green Power Brand New 3 Wheeled Electric Mobility Scooter LED Light (Black) Power informed me that they would refund my money but only if my scooter was returned for free. When I asked for a refund they insisted that I pay for delivery of the scooter. This would have cost me around PS300.
