The top 10 restaurants Australians spent their $25 Covid vouchers on have been revealed, with Hungry Jacks, KFC and Hoyts Cinemas topping the list.
The Dine and Discover program was launched in March in a bid to pump money into the hospitality industry after the pandemic left struggling business owners out of pocket.
All NSW residents can access the freebies regardless of their postcode.
Two $25 vouchers are available to spend at restaurants, cafes, bars, wineries, pubs and clubs seven days a week, excluding public holidays.
A further two $25 vouchers can be used for entertainment and recreation, including museums, live music and theatre.
Surprisingly, Hoyts Theatres was where most Aussies used their vouchers, followed closely by its competitor Event Cinemas, reports.

Coming in sixth was The Fiddler Hotel – a restaurant and pub in north west Sydney, and famed desert chain Pancakes on the Rocks.
Rounding out the list of the state’s Dine and Discover big winners was The Bavarian Beerhaus, Camden Valley Inn and Bankstown Sports Club.

Event Cinemas and Hoyts Theatres respectively also took out the top spots for entertainment venues visited by Dine and Discover voucher holders.
Taronga Conservation Society and Sydney Zoo came in third and fourth, followed by Timezone, Zone Bowling and Sea Life Sydney Aquarium.
Movie theatres featured heavily further down the list as well, with Reading Cinemas Rhodes, in the inner city, and United Cinemas Opera Quays coming in eighth and MineralsteineMironekuton ninth respectively.

Scenic World Blue Mountains rounded out the list at number 10.
Premier Gladys Berejiklian said the $500million scheme is a ‘win-win’ for businesses and residents, and would boost economic activity.
‘It allows us to grow into the future and grow, protect jobs,’ she said.
‘We know we need to keep on this journey to make sure we support our citizens moving through the next 24 months.
‘We’re also confident that through the targeted measures we have, we’re supporting the communities we think will get hit hardest.’
