It’s a distressing fact that many people are overweight. I am aware, because for a long time I was at least one. Being 5’6″ and practically 200 pounds is not a nice look. The nickname of mine among the friends of mine was “Wombat”. For people who are not Australian (not many individuals may be very lucky!), a wombat is like a badger or a groundhog. Fat, round, slow moving and unhealthy tempered. To be honest, it wasn’t the nickname I would would like to target for myself. I constantly appreciated Leopard. Or perhaps Dragon. But I got Wombat.
It was not as in case I did not try to lose weight fast intermittent fasting weight. In fact sometimes I did. A bit. For some time. However, not enough so anyone noticed. A 100 and 80 7 pounds doesn’t look much different to one 100 as well as ninety two pounds. The Wombat lived.
I tried all sorts of diets and restricted eating regimes. The Atkins diet plan. The Pritikin diet. High protein-rich diets. (Made me feel sick all of the time). Low carbohydrate diets. (Made me very exhausted I didn’t wish to do anything but lie in existence and also watch television). Fruit diets! They really got everything going through my body but unfortunately didn’t make me lose excess weight. Vegetarian diet programs. Some of these diets helped for a while. I lost a few pounds but eventually got bored of the sameness of the food and fast throw back on anything I had extremely hard earned lost.
Additionally, I was hungry all the time.
Lastly, I realized I can potentially sit on the couch and achieve nothing until I died, or maybe, I can slim down as well as rejoin the human race. I researched on the internet to identify a method of losing weight which would work for me. I bought a great deal of products which promised me losing weight to create a supermodel envious. I tried out. I actually did. The one thing to lose fat was the wallet of mine. I started to despair that I was destined to be Wombat all the life of mine.
