अभिनेता शत्रुघ्न के डायलॉग ‘खामोश’ के इस्तेमाल पर रोक
मुंबई, एजेंसी। बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि अभिनेता-राजनेता शत्रुघ्न सिन्हा का मशहूर डायलॉग ‘खामोश’ उनकी शख्सियत से ‘विशेष रूप से जुड़ा हुआ’ है और साथ ही उनकी सहमति के बिना ऑनलाइन सामग्री बनाने के लिए उनके नाम, तस्वीरों और अन्य व्यक्तिगत विशेषताओं के उपयोग पर रोक लगा दी है।
सिन्हा द्वारा दायर याचिका पर अंतरिम आदेश पारित करते हुए, न्यायमूर्ति शर्मिला देशमुख ने 16 फरवरी को सभी वेबसाइटों और सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्मों को इस तरह की सामग्री तत्काल हटाने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही, भविष्य में इस तरह की सामग्री को बिना अनुमति के अपलोड करने पर भी रोक लगा दी गई। आदेश की प्रति शनिवार को उपलब्ध कराई गई। याचिका अधिवक्ता हिरेन कामोद के जरिए फाइल की गई थी। याचिका में दिग्गज अभिनेता के व्यक्तित्व अधिकारों की सुरक्षा और उनके नाम, छवि और अन्य व्यक्तिगत विशेषताओं, जिनमें उनका प्रसिद्ध मुहावरा ‘खामोश’ (मौन) भी शामिल है, के अवैध इस्तेमाल के खिलाफ स्थायी निषेधाज्ञा या आदेश की मांग की गई थी।
Mumbai, Agency. The Bombay High Court held that actor-politician Shatrughan Sinha’s famous dialogue “Khamosh” is “specially associated” with his personality and prohibited the use of his name, photographs, and other personal attributes for creating online content without his consent.
Passing an interim order on a petition filed by Sinha, Justice Sharmila Deshmukh on February 16 directed all websites and social media platforms to immediately remove such content. Furthermore, future uploads of such content without permission were also prohibited. A copy of the order was made available on Saturday. The petition was filed through advocate Hiren Kamod. The petition sought protection of the veteran actor’s personality rights and a permanent injunction or order against the illegal use of his name, image, and other personal attributes, including his famous phrase “Khamosh” (silence).
