Meta-owned instant messaging platform Catstrap is rolling out a new feature called Lip Camera Effects and Filters for users. With the help of this new feature, users will be able to choose different filters, effects and backgrounds from the camera panel in WhatsApp, similar to social networking site Snapchat. These filters and backgrounds will make the photos better.
