आठ प्रकार के पुरुष गरीब रहेंगे और गरीब ही मरेंगे:
पहला: वह पुरुष जो ऐसी महिला से शादी करता है जो फिजूलखर्ची करती है, जो अपने पति के धन को नहीं बचाती और बिना सोचे-समझे खर्च करती है।
दूसरा: वह पुरुष जो नशे का आदी है (निषिद्ध पदार्थ, सिगरेट, शराब)। ये लोग हर दिन अपने धन को बिना किसी अफसोस के जला देते हैं। अंत में, जो धन बचता है, उसे वे अपनी बीमारियों पर खर्च करते हैं। ऐसी पुरुष की पत्नी और बच्चे सबसे ज्यादा दुख झेलते हैं।
तीसरा: वह पुरुष जो कई अनैतिक संबंध रखता है, जिसे केवल अपनी शारीरिक इच्छाएं प्रिय हैं। यह पुरुष महिलाओं के पीछे अपना धन बर्बाद करता है और आसानी से शोषित हो जाता है। उसकी पत्नी हजारों दुख और निराशा के साथ जीती है।
चौथा: वह पुरुष जो अपनी पत्नी पर अत्याचार करता है, उसे मारता-पीटता और अपमानित करता है। उसकी पत्नी की बददुआ उसे उसकी जिंदगी बर्बाद कर देती है। और बिना बददुआ के भी, जो अपनी पत्नी पर जुल्म करता है, वह ईश्वर का सामना करेगा।
पांचवां: वह पुरुष जो सूदखोरी करता है, जो धन का लेन-देन किसी भी धार्मिक बहाने के तहत करता है। आजकल ऐसे लोग मुस्लिम देशों और बाजारों में व्यापक रूप से फैले हुए हैं।
छठा: वह पुरुष जो अमीरों की संगति रखता है। अमीरों की तरह खर्च करना, उनके जैसे कपड़े पहनना, और उनकी तरह ऊंचा जीवन जीना, उस पुरुष के लिए ठीक नहीं है जिसके पास आय का एकमात्र स्रोत हो या कोई स्रोत न हो।
सातवां: वह पुरुष जो कैफे, मनोरंजन स्थलों, यात्राओं और आत्म-सुख में लिप्त रहता है।
आठवां और सबसे महत्वपूर्ण: वह पुरुष जो अपने माता-पिता का अनादर करता है। ऐसा व्यक्ति न इस दुनिया में और न ही आखिरत में सफलता पाता है।
First: The man who marries a woman who is a spendthrift, who does not save her husband’s wealth and spends it without thinking.
Second: The man who is addicted to intoxicants (prohibited substances, cigarettes, alcohol). These people burn their wealth every day without any regret. In the end, the money that is left, they spend it on their illnesses. The wife and children of such a man suffer the most.
Third: The man who has many immoral affairs, who loves only his physical desires. This man wastes his wealth behind women and is easily exploited. His wife lives with thousands of sorrows and disappointments.
Fourth: The man who oppresses his wife, beats and humiliates her. His wife’s curse ruins his life. And even without curse, the one who oppresses his wife will face God.
Fifth: The man who practices usury, who lends money under any religious pretext. Such people are widely spread in Muslim countries and markets nowadays.
Sixth: The man who keeps company with the rich. Spending like the rich, dressing like them, and living a high standard of living like them is not good for a man who has only one source of income or no source at all.
Seventh: The man who indulges in cafes, entertainment venues, travels, and self-pleasure.
Eighth and most important: The man who disrespects his parents. Such a person is neither successful in this world nor in the Hereafter.
