Google has fixed the glitch in the Maps Timeline feature, due to which the location history of many users disappeared. Google said that this was a technical problem, due to which the data of some people was deleted since the beginning of March. Now those users who had turned on encrypted backup can get their data back. Google Maps will have to be updated to restore the data. After this, you will have to go to the timeline and tap on the cloud icon and choose the import option.
