Sales and Marketing Job Profile

Job Objective

To develop and execute sales strategies while implementing marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and achieve business revenue goals.


Key Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver product/service presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.

Marketing:

  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and digital teams for promotional materials.
  • Handle social media presence, SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of sales pipeline management and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, content).

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
