मालिक तेरे चरणों की, गर धूल जो मिल जाये।
सच कहता हूं दाता, किस्मत ही बदल जाये ॥
चरणों में तेरे दाता, नित बरसती है रहमत ।
एक बूंद जो मिल जाये, जीवन ही पलट जाये ॥
नज़रों से गिराना ना, चाहे जो भी सज़ा देना।
नज़रों से जो गिर जाये, दोज़ख में पहुंच जाये ॥
गुरुदेव मेरे प्यारे, बस इतनी दया करना।
दरबार में जब आऊं, तेरा दर्शन हो जाये ॥
O Lord, if I could but receive a speck of dust from your feet,
I swear, O Giver, my destiny would be transformed!
At your feet, O Giver, mercy rains down constantly,
If I could but receive a single drop, my life would be completely changed!
Do not cast me out of your sight, give me whatever punishment you deem fit,
For whoever falls from your grace is destined for hell.
My beloved Guru, please grant me this one mercy,
That when I come to your court, I may behold your divine presence.
