Prem Rawat Establishes a New Guinness World Record
On March 2, 2025, New York Times bestselling author Prem Rawat, alongside Indian author Vipul Rikhi, set a new Guinness World Record for the largest audience at a multi-author book reading, attracting an astonishing 133,234 attendees. This was Prem Rawat’s third Guinness World Record.

In March, Prem Rawat traveled to his country of origin, India, and addressed sizable audiences in three cities: Raipur (65,000), Mirzapur (133,000) and Dehradun (60,000). More than 2,300 enthusiastic volunteers contributed their time and effort to help ensure these events met the highest standards. As always, Mr. Rawat covered a lot of ground during his talks, with special emphasis given to the following:
- The transformative power of turning inward to find peace;
- The importance of making wise choices;
- Understanding that peace and happiness are within one’s control and not dependent on external circumstances.
More than 240 media platforms reported on Prem Rawat’s three events, with a total reach of approximately 500 million people.
