भारत की यह विडंबना ही है। यहां पता नहीं चलता कि कब, कौन और कहां काल का शिकार बन जाए। अति-सुरक्षित कहे जाने वाले क्षेत्र में भी यदि विस्फोट की घटना हो जाए, तो समझा जा सकता है कि स्थिति क्या है? देश की राजधानी और दिलवालों की नगरी कही जाने वाली दिल्ली के एक महत्वपूर्ण इलाके में कार विस्फोट हुआ, जिसने जान-माल की बड़ी हानि पहुंचाई। यह घटना ऐतिहासिक लाल किले के ठीक बगल में हुई है और जो तस्वीरें सामने आई हैं, वे दिल दहला रही हैं। सवाल यह है कि राजधानी दिल्ली की सख्त और चौकस सुरक्षा-व्यवस्था में दहशतगदों ने सेंध कैसे लगा दी ? क्या यह हमारी खुफिया एजेंसियों की नाकामी का नतीजा है? अगर यह विस्फोटक से किया गया हमला है, तो राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में इसे कैसे लाया गया ? निस्संदेह, इस मामले की जांच-पड़ताल से पूरी हकीकत सामने आ जाएगी, लेकिन यह समझना होगा कि जिन निर्दोषों की जान ऐसे हादसों में चली जाती है, उसकी भरपायी महज मुआवजे से नहीं हो सकती। अगर घटनाएं घट रही हैं, तो सवाल सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर हो उठेंगे। अब खबर यह भी है कि दिल्ली धमाके के तार फरीदाबाद विस्फोटक बरामदगी और पुलवामा हमले से भी जुड़े हो सकते हैं। अगर यह सच हो, तो पहले क्यों नहीं इसका पता लगाया जा सका और समय रहते इसको निष्क्रिय किया जा सका? खैर, यह हादसा दर्दनाक है और समय का तकाजा है कि जो भी दोषी हैं, उनको तत्काल सजा दी जाए, ताकि भविष्य में भारत का कोई भी दुश्मन आंख उठाकर देखने की हिमाकत न कर सके।
