Kolkata, Agency. A former student raped a student of a law college in Kolkata inside the institute. Two other senior students assisted the main accused in the crime. Police registered a case of gang rape and arrested all three accused.
Police said on Friday that the incident took place on the evening of June 25. The student had gone to the college to fill the academic form. Then the three accused forcibly took the student to a guard’s room on the ground floor of the college and sexually assaulted her from 7:30 pm to around 10 pm. After the incident, the victim informed her parents about the matter and lodged a complaint with the police.

The former student and two senior students were involved in the incident. The student had come to the college to fill the form.
Gang rape has been confirmed. Marks of cutting and scratching have been found on her body. The court on Friday sent the three accused to four days of police custody.
The accused have been identified as college employee Monojeet Mishra, 31 (the main accused), two students, Zaib Ahmed, 19, and Pramit Mukherjee, 20. A video was made of the incident and the three accused threatened to release it on the internet if the victim spoke to anyone about the incident.

कोलकाता, एजेंसी। कोलकाता के एक लॉ कॉलेज की छात्रा से संस्थान के अंदर ही एक पूर्व छात्र ने दुष्कर्म किया। दो अन्य वरिष्ठ छात्रों ने वारदात में मुख्य आरोपी की सहायता की। पुलिस ने सामूहिक दुष्कर्म का मामला दर्ज कर तीनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
पुलिस ने शुक्रवार को बताया कि घटना 25 जून की शाम की है। छात्रा शैक्षणिक फॉर्म भरने के लिए कॉलेज गई थी। तभी तीनों आरोपी जबरन छात्रा को कॉलेज के भूतल पर एक गार्ड के कमरे में ले गए और शाम 7:30 बजे से रात करीब 10 बजे तक यौन उत्पीड़न किया। वारदात के बाद पीड़िता ने मामले की जानकारी अपने माता-पिता को दी और पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई।

सामूहिक दुष्कर्म की पुष्टि हुई है। उसके शरीर पर काटने और नोचने के निशान मिले हैं। अदालत ने शुक्रवार को तीनों आरोपियों को चार दिनों की पुलिस हिरासत में भेज दिया।
आरोपियों की पहचान कॉलेज कर्मचारी 31 वर्षीय मोनोजीत मिश्रा (मुख्य आरोपी), दो छात्रों 19 वर्षीय जैब अहमद और 20 वर्षीय प्रमित मुखर्जी के रूप में हुई है। वारदात के दौरान वीडियो बनाया गया और तीनों आरोपियों ने धमकी दी कि अगर पीड़िता ने घटना के बारे में किसी से बात की तो वे इसे इंटरनेट पर जारी कर देंगे।
