Telegram has updated its terms of service. Under the new terms, Telegram 20 components first prevent users from finding illegal content through its search feature. If the user continues to try to access or share illegal content, Telegram will hand over that user’s phone number, IP address and other information to the authorities if legally required. This has been announced by Telegram CEO Pavel Durov.
