आतंकवाद की कमर बहुत टूट चुकी

यह सही है कि 13 दिसंबर, 2001 के आतंकी हमले को भूलना असंभव है, लेकिन बीते दो दशकों में भारत ने आतंकवाद के खिलाफ कई बार कार्रवाई की है, जो सफल भी रही है और जिसका सकारात्मक असर भी पड़ा है। भले ही पाकिस्तान में उन आतंकियों या आतंकी संगठनों को खाद-पानी दिया जा रहा है, जो भारत के खिलाफ सक्रिय रहते हैं, लेकिन जिस तरह से भारत ने पाकिस्तान की सीमा में घुसकर उनके खिलाफ सैन्य कार्रवाई की है, उससे लगता यही है कि भारत के खिलाफ कोई साजिश रचने से पहले वे सौ बार सोचेंगे।

ज्यादा दूर जाने की जरूरत नहीं है। 2016 के सितंबर माह में भारत ने उरी आतंकी हमले के बाद पाकिस्तान के भीतर एक सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक की थी। पाकिस्तान के कब्जे वाले कश्मीर में को गई इस कमांडो कार्रवाई में कई आतंकियों को खत्म किया गया था और उनके ठिकाने नष्ट किए गए थे। यह ठीक उसी तरह की कार्रवाई थी, जिस तरह से अमेरिका किया करता है। गौरतलब है कि अमेरिका ने कुख्यात आतंकी ओसामा बिन लादेन को इसी तरह मारा था। अपनी कार्रवाई में भारतीय सेना विफल नहीं रहीं और सफलतापूर्वक घर लौटी। इसी तरह एयर स्ट्राइक भी की गई। पाकिस्तान ही नहीं, म्यांमार सीमा के भीतर भी अलगाववादी ताकतों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की गई है। अभी हाल ही में जब दिल्ली में लाल किले के पास कार में धमाका हुआ, तो उससे पहले 3,000 किलोग्राम तक विस्फोटक बरामद कर लिए गए थे और आरोपी की तलाश जारी थी, जिसने बाद में लाल किले के पास कार में खुद को उड़ा लिया। कहने का मतलब है कि अब हमारी सुरक्षा एजेंसियां काफी सक्रिय हैं और आतंकी संगठनों की मंशा को ध्वस्त कर रही हैं।

रही बात महत्वपूर्ण इमारतों की सुरक्षा की, तो हमारी एजेंसियां इस मोर्चे पर भी मजबूती से सक्रिय हैं। 2023 में भले ही संसद में असामाजिक तत्व घुस आए थे, लेकिन अब कोई ऐसी हिमाकत कर सकता है भला? अगर आज कोई जबरन संसद परिसर में दाखिल होना चाहे, तो उसे गोली मार दी जाएगी। यही सिद्धांत सैन्य इमारतों पर भी लागू होता है। वहां भी घुसपैठियों को देखते ही गोली मार देने का नियम है। वास्तव में, आज की सरकार आतंकवाद के खिलाफ लगातार कार्रवाई कर रही है और उसका काफी अच्छा असर भी दिख रहा है। आज कोई बड़ी आतंकी घटना नहीं हो रही, तो यह कहीं न कहीं देश की सुरक्षा एजेंसियों की बढ़ती ताकत का नतीजा है। इस सच को नकारने की कोई वजह नहीं है।

Notably, the US killed the notorious terrorist Osama bin Laden in a similar manner. The Indian Army was not unsuccessful in its operation and returned home safely. Air strikes have also been carried out. Action has been taken not only against Pakistan but also against separatist forces inside the Myanmar border. Recently, when a car bomb exploded near the Red Fort in Delhi, 3,000 kilograms of explosives had already been recovered, and the search was on for the accused, who later blew himself up in a car near the Red Fort. This means that our security agencies are now very active and are thwarting the intentions of terrorist organizations.

As for the security of important buildings, our agencies are also strongly active on this front. Although anti-social elements managed to enter Parliament in 2023, can anyone dare to do such a thing now? If someone tries to forcibly enter the Parliament complex today, they will be shot. The same principle applies to military buildings. There too, the rule is to shoot intruders on sight. In fact, the current government is continuously taking action against terrorism, and its positive effects are clearly visible. The fact that no major terrorist incidents are occurring today is, to some extent, a result of the increasing strength of the country’s security agencies. There is no reason to deny this truth.
