WhatsApp already has the facility to send photos and videos in HD quality. Media files received in HD quality are downloaded in the phone in HD quality itself. This leads to the problem of phone storage getting full. After the new feature, there will be a facility to control the download quality. Soon the option of download quality along with upload quality will be available.
