राष्ट्रीय राजधानी नई दिल्ली में हाल ही में वैश्विक एआई सम्मेलन संपन्न हुआ, जिसमें विश्व के तमाम देशों और अंतरराष्ट्रीय संगठनों के प्रतिनिधियों ने हिस्सा लिया। भारत ने ‘सर्वजन हिताय, सर्वजन सुखाय’ के अपने मूल मंत्र के साथ एआई के मानवीय व समावेशी उपयोग की वकालत की और वैश्विक शांति व रोजगार-सृजन के लिए सामूहिक प्रतिबद्धता का आह्वान किया। आज दुनिया के अनेक देश अपनी मूलभूत आवश्यकताओं- मसलन, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, कृषि, ऊर्जा और रोजगार की चुनौतियों से जूझ रहे हैं। ऐसे समय में एआई तकनीक यदि सही नीति, पारदर्शिता और नैतिक मानकों के साथ अपनाई जाए, तो यह वरदान सिद्ध हो सकती है।

आधुनिक युग में किसी भी राष्ट्र के लिए तकनीकी रूप से सक्षम होना अनिवार्य हो गया है। एआई एक ऐसा तंत्र है, जो कंप्यूटर और मशीनों को मानवीय सोच, विश्लेषण, निर्णय-क्षमता और जटिल समस्याओं के समाधान में सक्षम बनाता है। इससे अनेक कार्य अधिक सहज और तीव्र गति से किए जा सकते हैं। बेशक, एआई के बढ़ते प्रभाव को लेकर यह आशंका जताई जाती है कि इससे पारंपरिक नौकरियों पर प्रतिकूल असर पड़ेगा और बेरोजगारी बढ़ सकती है, लेकिन इतिहास साक्षी है कि जब-जब नई वैज्ञानिक तकनीकें आईं, प्रारंभिक आशंकाओं के बावजूद नए प्रकार के रोजगार उत्पन्न हुए। औद्योगिक क्रांति से लेकर सूचना क्रांति तक, हर तकनीकी परिवर्तन ने श्रम के स्वरूप को बदला है, उसे समाप्त नहीं किया। एआई भी स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं, डाटा विश्लेषण, कृषि प्रौद्योगिकी, शिक्षा तकनीक और स्टार्टअप में नए अवसरों के द्वार खोल सकती है। ‘जाहिर है, भारत और अन्य देश यदि कौशल विकास, अनुसंधान, नवाचार और स्टार्टअप को प्रोत्साहन देंगे, तो युवाओं के लिए रोजगार के नए अवसर सृजित किए जा सकते हैं। इससे न केवल आर्थिक प्रगति होगी, बल्कि वैश्विक प्रतिस्पर्द्धा में भी मजबूती मिलेगी। वर्तमान परिप्रेक्ष्य में भारत अंतरराष्ट्रीय मंचों पर अपनी सशक्त उपस्थिति दर्ज करा रहा है। अनेक राष्ट्राध्यक्षों की दृष्टि में हम एक उभरती हुई महाशक्ति हैं और हमारे प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी वैश्विक मंच पर सक्रिय नेतृत्वकर्ता के रूप में स्वीकार किए जा रहे हैं। इस लिहाज से देखें, तो एआई सम्मेलन की सफलता न केवल तकनीकी दृष्टि से, बल्कि कूटनीतिक व आर्थिक दृष्टि से भी बड़ी उपलब्धि है। यदि एआई का उपयोग मानव कल्याण, पारदर्शिता व समान अवसरों के सिद्धांत पर आधारित हो, तो इससे रोजगार के नए द्वार खुलेंगे।

In the modern era, technological competence has become essential for any nation. This allows many tasks to be accomplished more easily and faster. Of course, there are concerns about the growing influence of AI, which may adversely impact traditional jobs and increase unemployment. However, history shows that whenever new scientific technologies emerge, new types of employment have emerged, despite initial apprehensions. From the Industrial Revolution to the Information Revolution, every technological change has transformed the nature of labor, not eliminated it. AI can also open up new opportunities in healthcare, data analytics, agricultural technology, education technology, and startups. Clearly, if India and other countries encourage skill development, research, innovation, and startups, new employment opportunities can be created for youth. This will not only lead to economic progress but also strengthen global competitiveness. Currently, India is making its strong presence felt on international platforms. Many heads of state consider us an emerging superpower, and our Prime Minister Narendra Modi is being recognized as an active leader on the global stage. From this perspective, the success of the AI ​​conference is a major achievement not only from a technical perspective, but also from a diplomatic and economic perspective. If the use of AI is based on the principles of human welfare, transparency, and equal opportunity, it will open new doors for employment.
