Instagram has now started supporting pictures with 3:4 aspect ratio. This
is the default format of most smartphone cameras. Users can post their photos directly in the same format as it was taken in the camera without cropping. This feature will be applicable to both single photo and carousel posts. Earlier Instagram used to give preference to 1:1 and 4:5 ratio, due to which pictures had to be edited. Instagram has introduced a new audio mix feature for reel creators. Now 20 audio tracks can be added simultaneously in a reel. New Delhi, Chief Correspondent. Battery energy storage with a capacity of 20-40 megawatts per hour was launched in Delhi’s ashram on Thursday. Delhi’s Energy Minister Ashish Sood, while inaugurating it, said that in case of power cuts, this energy storage can supply electricity to one lakh people for four hours.
South Delhi MP Gamveer Singh Bidhuri, officials of power supply BSES were also present in the program. Power company BSES has claimed
that this commercially valid, country’s first stand-alone battery energy storage system will help in ensuring uninterrupted power supply to the consumers of the area. This will not only ensure better power supply to the consumers, but on the other hand will increase the strength and stability of the grid.
At the same time, it will help in meeting the peak power demand in summer, overloading on the power network will be reduced and the cost of power purchase is also likely to come down.
