अपने भाग्य का फैसला
भाग्य ऐसी चीज है, जिसे आप अचेतन में निर्मित करते आए हैं। आप इसे सचेतन में भी निर्मित कर सकते हैं। आप अपने भाग्य को फिर से लिख सकते हैं। आप कहां जाना चाहते हैं, आप तय करें, अपना मार्ग और मंजिल खुद चुनें। यह आपके हाथ में है।
अगर आप अपने अंतरतम को छू सकें, अगर एक क्षण के लिए अनुभव कर सकें कि सूजन का स्रोत आपके भीतर है और संपूर्ण ध्यान स्वयं पर लगा सकें, तो आप अपना भाग्य दोवारा लिख सकते हैं। वास्तव में, आपका ध्यान हमेशा बिखरा रहता है, क्योंकि जिसे आप ‘मैं’ मानते हैं, वह आपका घर है, आपकी कार, पत्नी, संतान, शिक्षा, आपका ओहदा और आपकी अन्य सभी पहचानें हैं। अगर मैं आपको इन सभी चीजों से अलग कर दूं शरीर और मन से भी अलग कर दूं, जिन्हें आपने इकट्ठा किया है, तो आप ऐसा महसूस करेंगे, जैसे आपका अस्तित्व ही नहीं है। तो जिसे आप ‘मैं’ कहते हैं, वह अभी आपके चारों तरफ फैला हुआ है।
जब मैं ‘आप’ कहता हूं, तो वह सिर्फ ‘आप’ हैं। अगर इस पर अपना ध्यान लगाएं, तो आप जिस तरह से चाहेंगे, अपना भाग्य फिर से लिख सकते हैं। अभी, जो ‘आप’ हैं, वह फैला हुआ है; आप एक बिखरे हुए प्राणी हैं। आप अपने अंदर स्थापित नहीं हैं। आपको अब भी सारे कचरों को बटोरना पड़ता है। फिर यह कचरा आप बन जाता है। आप अभी भी आप नहीं बन पाए हैं; आप एक भीड़ हैं। एक भीड़ का भाग्य हमेशा पहले से निश्चित होता है। जैसे ही आप एक व्यक्ति (इंडिविजुअल) बन जाते हैं, आप अपने भाग्य के स्वामी हो जाते हैं।
देखिए, इस शरीर के साथ बंधन कितना गहरा है। यह सभी आसक्तियों का स्रोत है। आपको अनासक्ति की खोज में कहीं जाने की जरूरत नहीं है। अपने जीवन में आपको इससे उससे दूरी बनाते नहीं चलना है, पर जब एक बार आप बिखर जाते हैं, आपका भाग्य पूर्व निश्चित हो जाता है। आपके जैसे भी कर्म होते हैं, यह बस उसी रास्ते जाता है। जब आप ‘इंडिविजुअल’ बन जाते हैं (संन्यासी या ब्रह्मचारी होने का अर्थ है, पूरा ध्यान अपने पर पर केंद्रित करना), तब आपके लिए उलझन नहीं होगी।
जैसे ही आप इंडिविजुअल (व्यक्ति) बन जाते हैं, आप एक भीड़ हैं और एक भीड़ का भाग्य हमेशा पहले से निश्चित होता है। जैसे ही आप एक व्यक्ति (इंडिविजुअल) बन जाते हैं, आप अपने भाग्य के स्वामी हो जाते हैं।
बंधन चुनेंगे या मुक्ति? हर जीवन में जो सबसे गहरी भाग्य आपका हो जाता है। आपको चुनना है कि आप तड़प है, वह मुक्त होने की है, उस बुनियादी प्रक्रिया से मुक्त होने की, जिसे हम जीवन या मृत्यु कहते हैं। जैसे ही आपका भाग्य सचेतन बनने लगता है, अगला कदम स्वतः उठेगा, क्योंकि आपके अंदर इतना विवेक है कि वह मुक्ति चुनेगा, न कि बंधन। चूंकि आपका भाग्य बंधन बुनते रहते हैं। अचेतनता में निर्मित होता है, आप अपनी चारों तरफ

Destiny is something you have been creating unconsciously. You can also create it consciously. You can rewrite your destiny. You decide where you want to go, choose your own path and destination. It’s in your hands.
If you can touch your innermost being, if you can experience for a moment that the source of all that is within you and focus your complete attention on yourself, you can rewrite your destiny. In reality, your attention is always scattered because what you consider “I” is your house, your car, your wife, children, education, your position, and all your other identities. If I were to separate you from all these things, even the body and mind that you have accumulated, you would feel as if you don’t exist. So, what you call “I” is still spread all around you.
When I say “you,” it is just “you.” If you focus on this, you can rewrite your destiny the way you want. Right now, the ‘you’ is scattered; you are a scattered being. You are not established within yourself. You still have to gather all the garbage. Then this garbage becomes you. You have not yet become yourself; you are a crowd. The fate of a crowd is always predetermined. As soon as you become an individual, you become the master of your own destiny.
See how deep the bond with this body is. It is the source of all attachments. You don’t have to go anywhere in search of detachment. You don’t have to distance yourself from it throughout your life, but once you disperse, your destiny is predetermined. Whatever your actions, it simply follows that path. When you become an ‘individual’ (being a sannyasi or celibate means focusing your attention completely on yourself), then there will be no confusion for you.
As soon as you become an individual, you are a crowd, and the fate of a crowd is always predetermined. As soon as you become an individual, you become master of your own destiny.
Will you choose bondage or liberation? In every life, the deepest destiny becomes yours. You have to choose whether you yearn to be free, to be liberated from the fundamental process we call life or death. As your destiny begins to become conscious, the next step will arise automatically, because you have enough wisdom to choose liberation, not bondage. Because your destiny continues to weave bondage. Created in unconsciousness, you create all around you.
