Reacting to Musk’s regret, Donald Trump said that he has done a great job by doing so. In recent times, Tesla chief Merk and US President Trump openly made serious allegations against each other.
Later Merk tried to calm the dispute by deleting some of his provocative posts about Trump.

However, the President still does not seem to be in a mood for reconciliation.
President Trump has warned Merk that if he supports the Democrats in the 2026 midterm elections, he will have to face very serious consequences.
In fact, the main reason for the deterioration of relations is the ‘Big Beautiful Bill’. Musk called it wasteful and said it would increase the country’s deficit.
