मंगल पर पहली बार दिखी बिजली
न्यूयॉर्क, एजेंसी। वैज्ञानिकों ने मंगल ग्रह पर बिजली का सबूत मिला है। नासा के अंतरिक्ष यान द्वारा रिकॉर्ड किए गए खास रेडियो सिग्नल व्हिस्लर के जरिये बिजली जैसी चमक दिखी है। अब इससे वैज्ञानिकों को वहां जीवन की संभावना, मौसम, रसायनिकी और भविष्य में इंसानों को भेजने की तैयारी को बेहतर समझने में बड़ी मदद मिलेगी। नासा का यान मंगल के चक्कर लगा रहा था। उसने एक लाख से ज्यादा रेडियो रिकॉर्डिंग देखीं।
उनमें से एक खास सिग्नल बिजली जैस मिला। अब अगर मंगल पर भी बिजली होती है तो संभव है कि कभी वहां जीवन बनने की स्थितियां रही होंगी। वैज्ञानिकों ने कहा कि जब बिजली कड़कती है तो सिर्फ चमक और आवाज ही नहीं बनती वह रेडियो तरंगें भी पैदा करती है।

New York, March 25 (IANS) Scientists have found evidence of lightning on Mars. A special radio signal, Whistler, recorded by NASA’s spacecraft, revealed a lightning-like flash. This will help scientists better understand the possibility of life there, its weather, chemistry, and future human settlements. NASA’s spacecraft orbited Mars and viewed over 100,000 radio recordings.
One of the signals, which resembled lightning, was found. If lightning exists on Mars, it’s possible that conditions for life may have existed there at some point. Scientists have said that lightning not only produces flashes and sounds, but also radio waves.
This will help scientists research the possibility of life there, its weather, and more.
