शरणागत पाल कृपाल हरि, हमको एक आस तुम्हारी है।
तुम्हरे सम दूसर और नहीं, कोउ दीनन को हितकारी है।
सुधि लेत सदा सब जीवन की, कैसी करूणा उर धारी है।
प्रतिपाल करे बिन ही बदले, अस कौन पिता महतारी है ॥
जब नाथ दया कर देखत हो, छुट जात व्यथा संसारी है।
बिसराय तुम्हें जो सुख चाहे, वो महा नादान अनारी है ॥
चाहना स्वर्गहुं की हमें नहीं, ना हमको कीरति प्यारी है।
हम प्रेम भक्ति के हैं प्यासे, हरि चरण कमल रज प्यारी है ॥
सब भांति समर्थ सहायक हो, तव आश्रित बुद्धि हमारी है।
गुरु हंस कृपा के सागर हो, यह सेवक शरण तुम्हारी है ॥
O merciful Lord, protector of those who seek refuge, You are our only hope.
There is no one else like You, no one else who is so kind to the helpless.
You always care for all living beings, what boundless compassion You possess!
Who else nurtures and sustains without expecting anything in return? What father or mother is like You?
When You, O Lord, look upon us with compassion, all worldly suffering vanishes.
He who seeks happiness by forgetting You is utterly foolish and ignorant.
We do not desire even heaven, nor is worldly fame dear to us.
We thirst for love and devotion; the dust of Your lotus feet is our dearest treasure.
You are all-powerful and our helper in every way; our intellect is dependent on You.
O Guru, ocean of grace, this servant takes refuge at Your feet.
