साल 2026-27 के लिए दिल्ली की भाजपा सरकार ने 1,03,700 करोड़ रुपये का बजट पेश किया, जो ‘विकसित दिल्ली, हरित दिल्ली’ का ऐतिहासिक सपना साकार कर सकता है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन और मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता के साहसी नेतृत्व में, दिल्ली ने विकास के एक नए युग की शुरुआत की है। यह बजट सिर्फ आंकड़ों का संग्रह नहीं, बल्कि दिल्ली की नई पहचान है-आधुनिक सड़कों, स्मार्ट और सतत जल आपूर्ति, यमुना की सफाई, ग्रामीण और किसान विकास, महिला सशक्तिकरण और सुगम परिवहन- हर पहल में जनता की सुविधा और शहर की आत्मनिर्भरता की नींव रखी गई है। हर नीति में साफ लक्ष्य, ठोस योजना व क्रियान्वयन है, जो दिल्ली को विश्वस्तरीय सुविधाओं वाला, हरित और विकसित शहर बनाएगा।

जिस सोच के साथ दिल्ली का बजट तैयार किया गया, उसे देखकर यही एहसास हो रहा है कि हमारी राजधानी की जिम्मेदारी बहुत सुरक्षित हाथों में है और वह भविष्य के बारे में भी सोचती है। 1,03,700 करोड़ रुपये के बजट में ‘ग्रीन बजट’ की घोषणा सुनकर मन खुश हो गया। जब हमने 21 प्रतिशत बजट को पर्यावरण, पेड़ लगाने, प्रदूषण नियंत्रण और हरित ऊर्जा से जोड़ा है, तो यह साफ है कि हमारी सरकार न सिर्फ आज की जरूरतें पूरी कर रही है, बल्कि कल की सांसों की रक्षा भी कर रही है। इस नजरिये से देखें, तो यह बजट निश्चय ही तारीफ के काबिल है।

इतना ही नहीं, स्वास्थ्य के लिए 13,030 करोड़ रुपये, शिक्षा के लिए 19,148 करोड़ रुपये, पानी व बिजली की सुरक्षा के लिए जल बोर्ड और ऊर्जा विभाग को मजबूत आवंटन, ये सिर्फ अंक नहीं हैं, ये तो हमारे घरों में मौजूद महिलाओं, बच्चों और बुजुर्गों की दैनिक जिंदगियों की गारंटी हैं। जब आपने स्कूली लड़कियों को शिक्षा के लिए मुफ्त साइकिल देने जैसे छोटे-अच्छे कदम भी बजट में शामिल किए, तो महसूस होता है कि हमारी सरकार सच में ‘घर-घर’ तक पहुंचने की दिशा में काम कर रही है। विकास और सुरक्षा के साथ-साथ ‘महिला सुरक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा’ को बजट में प्राथमिकता देना बताता है कि भाजपा सरकार हर दिल्लीवासी मां-बहन की आवाज को संवेदनशीलता से सुनती है। एक दृढ़, संतुलित और भविष्योन्मुखी बजट बनाने के लिए दिल्ली की सरकार को बधाई देनी चाहिए। मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता के नेतृत्व में दिल्ली सिर्फ एक राजधानी नहीं, बल्कि एक स्वस्थ, सुरक्षित और सुंदर नगर बनती जा रही है, जिस पर हम सबको गर्व है।

This budget is not merely a collection of statistics; it represents Delhi’s new identity. From modern roads, smart and sustainable water supply, and the cleaning of the Yamuna, to rural and agricultural development, women’s empowerment, and seamless transportation—every initiative lays the foundation for public convenience and the city’s self-reliance. Every policy features clear objectives, concrete planning, and effective implementation—elements that will transform Delhi into a green, developed city equipped with world-class amenities.

Observing the vision with which Delhi’s budget has been crafted, one feels reassured that the responsibility for our capital rests in very safe hands—hands that are also mindful of the future. The announcement of a ‘Green Budget’ within this ₹1,03,700 crore outlay was truly heartening. By allocating 21 percent of the budget toward the environment, tree plantation, pollution control, and green energy, our government has made it abundantly clear that it is not merely fulfilling today’s needs, but is also safeguarding the very air we breathe tomorrow. Viewed through this lens, this budget is undoubtedly worthy of high praise.

Furthermore—allocations of ₹13,030 crore for healthcare, ₹19,148 crore for education, and substantial funds directed to the Water Board and Energy Department to ensure water and power security—these are not merely figures on a spreadsheet. Rather, they serve as a guarantee for the daily well-being of the women, children, and elderly members within our households. When the budget incorporates thoughtful, smaller initiatives—such as providing free bicycles to schoolgirls to facilitate their education—one truly senses that our government is genuinely striving to reach every single household across the city. Prioritizing ‘women’s safety, health, and education’ in the budget—alongside development and security—demonstrates that the BJP government listens with sensitivity to the voice of every mother and sister in Delhi. The Delhi government deserves commendation for crafting a firm, balanced, and forward-looking budget. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, Delhi is transforming from merely a capital city into a healthy, safe, and beautiful metropolis—one of which we can all be proud.
