Expert says

Comprehensive steps need to be taken to prevent old vehicles. Along with enforcement action, schemes should also be brought to motivate vehicle owners to take old vehicles to the scrapping facility. The public transport system should be strengthened as much as possible so that people get convenient transportation and they do not feel the need to keep their own personal vehicle.
