भूले तो नहीं हैं.. दुर्गा शक्ति नागपाल को..??
“ज्यादा पुरानी नही सन् 2013 की बात है”
जिहादी “आजम खान” के नेतृत्व में अखिलेश यादव की सरकार ने पूरे यूपी को शर्मसार कर दिया था।
दुर्गा शक्ति नागपाल (IAS) ने गौतमबुद्ध नगर जिले में उस समय के समाजवादी खनन माफियाओं के खिलाफ अभियान छेड़ने की गलती कर बैठीं।
अखिलेश यादव ने बेचारी को सस्पैंड कर दिया था क्योंकि सपा के भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ लड़ रही थीं।
यूपी तो छोड़ो, सारे देश में बवाल मचा था।
IAS ऐसोसियेशन, IPS ऐसोसियेशन, चीफ सेक्रेटरी, हाईकोर्ट, सुप्रीमकोर्ट, और खुद तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह ने हस्तक्षेप किया।
मगर अखिलेश यादव ने उस महिला IAS अधिकारी का सस्पेंशन Revoke करने बजाय, उसे चार्जशीट दे दिया।
इस पूरे प्रकरण मे गौर करने वाली बात ये थी कि ग्रेटर नोएडा के डिस्ट्रिक्ट मजिस्ट्रेट रविकांत ने खुद मामले की जाँच करके रिपोर्ट दाखिल की थी जिसमें उन्होने बाकायदा लिखा था कि दुर्गा शक्ति नागपाल ने मस्जिद की दीवार गिराना तो दूर की बात है, वहाँ अभी तक कोई दीवार बनी ही नही थी।
वहाँ केवल कथित मस्जिद बनाने के लिए नींव खोदी जा रही थी, क्योंकि वो जगह सरकारी थी, और सुप्रीमकोर्ट के आदेशानुसार किसी भी सरकारी जमीन पर कब्जा करना और उस पर धर्म स्थल बनाना अवैध है।
इसीलिए दुर्गा शक्ति नागपाल पर दीवार गिराने का आरोप लगाना ही गलत है।
दुर्गा शक्ति नागपाल ने केवल सरकारी जमीन पर धर्म स्थल बनाने का प्रयास कर रहे लोगों को मात्र चेतावनी दी थी।
एक नमाजवादी मुख्यमंत्री की जिद और खुले तुष्टीकरण के चलते, IAS एसोसिएशन, पूरी ब्यूरोक्रेट लाॅबी, सुप्रीम कोर्ट, हाईकोर्ट और प्रधानमंत्री तक पानी भरते नजर आये।
प्रधानमंत्री तक की नहीं चलती थी, क्योंकि इसी मुलायम ने जनवरी 2013 में अल्पमत में आई UPA सरकार को गिरने से बचाया था।

Akhilesh Yadav’s government, led by the jihadi “Azam Khan,” brought shame to the entire state of Uttar Pradesh.
Durga Shakti Nagpal (IAS) made the mistake of launching a campaign against the then-Samajwadi mining mafia in Gautam Buddha Nagar district.
Akhilesh Yadav suspended the poor woman because she was fighting against the SP’s corruption.
Leave alone Uttar Pradesh, the entire country was in an uproar.
The IAS Association, the IPS Association, the Chief Secretary, the High Court, the Supreme Court, and the then-Prime Minister Manmohan Singh himself intervened.
But instead of revoking the suspension of the female IAS officer, Akhilesh Yadav issued a chargesheet against her.
It is noteworthy that Greater Noida District Magistrate Ravikant personally investigated the matter and submitted a report in which he clearly stated that Durga Shakti Nagpal had not demolished the mosque wall, let alone any wall being built there.
The foundation was only being dug for the construction of the alleged mosque, as the land belonged to the government, and according to a Supreme Court order, occupying any government land and constructing a religious place on it is illegal.
Therefore, accusing Durga Shakti Nagpal of demolishing the wall is false.
Durga Shakti Nagpal had merely warned those attempting to build a religious place on government land.
Due to the stubbornness and open appeasement of a namajwadi Chief Minister, the IAS Association, the entire bureaucratic lobby, the Supreme Court, the High Court, and even the Prime Minister were seen to be ineffective.
Even the Prime Minister had no say, because it was Mulayam Singh Yadav who had saved the minority UPA government from falling in January 2013.
