This feature is very useful for those who want to create creative videos quickly without learning video editing. A new tool called Create a Video Clip has been added to Canva. You can create a video of just eight seconds. Like you wrote, a child is dancing in the rain and Canva will make a video from it. The video is made in HD quality.
