न्याय और कार्रवाई से सशक्त बनती महिलाएं

इस बार महिला दिवस की थीम ‘सभी महिलाओं और लड़कियों के लिए अधिकार, न्याय और कार्रवाई’ है। इस थीम का अर्थ है कि जब हम किसी को अवसर, सहयोग, शिक्षा या समर्थन देते हैं, तो उसका लाभ केवल सामने वाले व्यक्ति तक सीमित नहीं रहता, बल्कि समाज और राष्ट्र को भी अधिकार संपन्न बनाता है, समाज में न्यायपूर्ण वातावरण बनाता है और विषमताओं के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करता है। यदि एक लड़की को शिक्षा मिलती है, तो वह केवल स्वयं आत्मनिर्भर नहीं बनती, बल्कि अपने परिवार और आने वाली पीढ़ियों को भी शिक्षित करती है। यदि किसी महिला को आर्थिक अवसर दिया जाता है, तो वह अपने परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति सुधारने में योगदान देती है। इस प्रकार ‘अधिकार, न्याय और कुछ करने’ की भावना अंततः समाज को समृद्ध बनाती है।
आज के दौर में कॉरपोरेट जगत, शैक्षणिक संस्थान और सामाजिक संगठन महिला नेतृत्व को बढ़ावा देने के लिए विशेष कार्यक्रम चला रहे हैं। स्टार्टअप और डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से महिलाएं उद्यमिता में आगे बढ़ रही हैं। इसमें एक महत्वपूर्ण पहलू पुरुषों की भागीदारी भी है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस केवल एक तारीख नहीं, बल्कि एक विचारधारा है- न्याय, समानता और सशक्तीकरण की। जब महिलाएं अधिकार संपन्न बनती हैं, तो समाज प्रगति करता है; जब उन्हें न्यायपूर्ण अवसर मिलता है, तो राष्ट्र सशक्त होता है। 8 मार्च हमें यह संदेश देता है कि महिलाओं के बिना विकास अधूरा है। इसलिए हम केवल इस दिन तक सीमित न रहें, बल्कि वर्ष के हर दिन महिलाओं के अधिकार, सम्मान और समानता के लिए प्रयासरत रहें।

भारत में समय-समय पर महिलाओं के उत्थान और विकास के लिए नई-नई योजनाओं को अमली जामा पहनाया गया। शिक्षा और नौकरी में तेजी से भागीदारी और उसके साथ सुरक्षा और सकारात्मक प्रगति के अलावा शिक्षा सुधार के ‘बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ’ कार्यक्रम, पंचायत से लेकर संसद तक महिलाओं की भागीदारी, ‘नारी वंदन अधिकार अधिनियम 2029’ के तहत महिला आरक्षण पारित किया जाना इसके उदाहरण हैं।

इसी तरह सरकार देश भर के स्कूलों में महिलाओं के लिए अलग से शौचालय न होने पर गंभीरता से कार्य कर रही है। विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में महिलाएं भी कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर संघर्ष कर रही हैं। इस भावना को आगे बढ़ाते हुए महिलाओं को आदर और सम्मान के साथ प्रेरणा दी जानी चाहिए।

This year, the theme of Women’s Day is “Rights, Justice, and Action for All Women and Girls.” This theme means that when we provide opportunities, support, education, or assistance to someone, the benefits are not limited to the individual, but also empower society and the nation, creating a just environment in society and taking action against inequalities. If a girl receives an education, she not only becomes self-reliant but also educates her family and future generations. If a woman is given economic opportunities, she contributes to improving her family’s economic situation. Thus, the spirit of “rights, justice, and action” ultimately enriches society.

In today’s era, the corporate world, educational institutions, and social organizations are running special programs to promote women’s leadership. Women are moving into entrepreneurship through startups and digital platforms. An important aspect of this is the participation of men. International Women’s Day is not just a date, but an ideology—one of justice, equality, and empowerment. When women are empowered, society progresses; when they receive equitable opportunities, the nation is strengthened. March 8th sends us the message that development is incomplete without women. Therefore, we should not limit ourselves to this day alone, but strive for women’s rights, respect, and equality every day of the year.

New schemes have been implemented in India from time to time for the upliftment and development of women. In addition to the rapid participation in education and employment, along with the accompanying security and positive progress, the “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao” program for education reform, women’s participation from Panchayats to Parliament, and the passage of the “Women’s Rights on Women Act 2029” for women’s reservation are examples of this.

Similarly, the government is seriously addressing the lack of separate toilets for women in schools across the country. Women are also fighting shoulder to shoulder in various fields. This spirit should be carried forward and women should be encouraged with respect and dignity.
