आंख की जगह दांत से देख रही महिला
कनाडा की 75 वर्षीय गेल लेन ने एक ऑपरेशन के बाद लगभग दस साल बाद अपने पति को पहली बार देखा। उनकी कॉर्निया खराब हो गई थी और वे दृष्टिहीन हो गई थीं। उन्होंने ऑस्टियो ओडोंटो केराटोप्रोस्थेसिस सर्जरी कराई, जिसमें रोगी के दांत का हिस्सा आंख में प्रतिरोपित किया जाता है। इस प्रक्रिया से उनकी दृष्टि लौट आई।
