अरबपति कारोबारी एलन मस्क ने बुधवार को कहा कि संभवत इस साल के अंत तक ट्विटर के लिए कोई और मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी सीईओ मिल जाएगा। ट्विटर के मौजूदा सीईओ मस्क ने दुबई में वर्ल्ड गवर्नमेंट्स अमित को एक वीडियो कॉल के माध्यम से संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि उनके लिए यह सुनिश्चित करना सबसे जरूरी है कि यह सोशल मीडिया मंच काम करना जारी रख सकें। उन्होंने कहा इस संगठन को स्थिर करने और यह सुनिश्चित करने की आवश्यकता है कि इस की वित्तीय स्थिति मजबूत रहे। बता दें कि मस्क ने पिछले साल ट्विटर को 44 अरब डॉलर में खरीदा था

एलन मस्क ने मजाक में अपने पालतू कुत्ते फ्लोकी को ट्विटर का नया सीईओ बना दिया। उन्होंने ट्विटर पर तस्वीर शेयर कर लिखा, नए सीईओ अद्भुत है। यह अन्य व्यक्ति की तुलना में बेहतर हैं।

उद्योग जगत इस साल 2 अंकों में वेतन बढ़ोतरी की तैयारी कर रहा है

दुनियाभर कई कंपनियों में हालत कठिन बने हुए हैं लेकिन भारत में हालात बिलकुल विपरीत दिख रहे हैं। एक सर्वे के मुताबिक तीन चौथाई भारतीय उद्योग संस्थान 9 से 12% वेतन वृद्धि पर विचार कर रहे हैं। एवन इंडिया की रिपोर्ट कहती है कि लगभग आधे भारतीय संगठनों द्वारा लगातार दूसरे वर्ष दो अंको की वेतन वृद्धि किए जाने की उम्मीद है। वही बेहतर प्रदर्शन करने वालों के वेतन में इस साल 16 पॉइंट 5% का इजाफा हो सकता है। नवीनतम सर्वेक्षण के अनुसार 2023 में भारत वर्ष में वेतन और स्तन 10.3 प्रतिशत बढ़ने की उम्मीद है। हालांकि यह पिछले साल के 10 पॉइंट 6 फ़ीसदी से मामूली गिरावट है।

मेटा ने इस साल फिर बड़ी छटनी का ऐलान किया

फेसबुक की पैरंट कंपनी मेटा ने पिछले साल करीब 11000 लोगों को नौकरी से निकाला था और अब एक बार फिर वह हजारों लोगों को निकालने की तैयारी कर रही है। रायटर्स के मुताबिक मेटा वैश्विक सुस्ती और मंदी के डर से अपनी प्रचालन लागत घटाने के लिए प्रयास कर रही है। पिछले साल मिटाने कंपनी से करीब 13 फ़ीसदी कर्मचारी यानी कि 11000 से ज्यादा लोगों को निकाल दिया था।

मेटा के 18 साल के इतिहास में यह पहली बार था कि इतनी संख्या में लोगों को निकाला गया होगा। नई योजना के मुताबिक मेटा बड़े-बड़े पदों पर कार्यरत कर्मचारियों की भूमिका हो को घटाने की तैयारी कर रही है। 45 लोगों की वेतन वृद्धि रोकेगी फ्लिपकार्ट ई-कॉमर्स दिग्गज फ्लिपकार्ट ने कहा कि वह करीब 30 फ़ीसदी कर्मचारियों का वेतन इस बार नहीं बढ़ाएगी। फ्लिपकार्ट में करीब 15000 कॉर्पोरेट कर्मचारी हैं कंपनी द्वारा कर्मचारियों को भेजे गए पत्र के मुताबिक ग्रेड और उसके ऊपर के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों की तनखा नहीं बढ़ाई जाएगी उनकी संख्या करीब है

Republic Day 2023 will be celebrated on January 26 in Delhi’s Kartavya Path, with President Murmu raising the national flag. The Republic Day 2023 parade is a televised event that millions of Indians watch every day from their homes.

Republic Day marks the adoption of India’s constitution and the country’s transition to a republic on January 26, 1950. Every year, the celebrations marking the day feature spectacular military and cultural pageantry. In New Delhi, armed forces personnel march along the Kartavya path in an elaborate display of military might. The epic show on Kartavya path eclipses everything else happening across the country on this auspicious day.

The celebrations, inaugurated with a grand parade, are held in the capital, New Delhi, from Raisina Hill near the Rashtrapati Bhavan (President’s House), along the Kartavya path, past India Gate and onto the historic Red Fort. On this day, ceremonious parades take place at the Kartavya path, which is performed as a tribute to India, its unity in diversity and its rich cultural heritage by the states of India by building beautiful tableaus.

 Check Your LIC Policy status on WhatsApp

Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of India has started for first time interactive WhatsApp services for its registered LIC policyholders. The insurancegiant made the announcement. Shri M.R. Kumar, the chair of LIC of India, introduced a few of the company’s interactive services to policyholders via WhatsApp.

How to use LIC WhatsApp services 

The insurer said that “policyholders who have registered their Policies on the LIC Portal will be able to make use of these services on WhatsApp.”

Policyholders should text ‘Hi’ on mobile no. 8976862090 from their registered mobile number. The following screen will help policyholders to avail listed services. Choose the option number for selection of services.

Here is a complete list of services offered on WhatsApp:

• Premium due

• Bonus information

• Policy status

• Loan eligibility quotation

• Loan repayment Quotation

• Loan interest due

• Premium paid certificate

• ULIP -statement of units

• LIC services links

• Opt in/Opt out Services

• End conversation

How to register LIC policy on LIC portal

1: Visit www.licindia.in and Click on “Customer Portal”

2: If you have not registered earlier for Customer Portal, click on “New user”

3: Provide the following details:

4: Visit www.licindia.in, click on the tab “new User”, select your own user-id and password and provide all the necessary information. Now you are a registered Portal user.

5: Click the “e-Services” tab, log in using the user ID you created, and register your policies for using the e-services by filling out the provided form.

6: Print the form, sign it and upload the scanned image of the form.

7: Upload the scanned image of PAN Card or Aadhaar Card or Passport.

8: After verification by LIC offices, an acknowledgement e-mail and SMS will be sent to you. Now you are ready to avail our e-services.

9: Click on Submit button

10: Choose the user id and password of your choice and submit.

11: Login and click on the option of ‘Basic Services’ >“Add Policy”

12: Enroll all your remaining policies.
