यूट्यूब में सर्च को आसान बनाने के लिए गूगल ने एंड्रॉयड ऐप के लिए एक अपडेट जारी किया है। ऐप में गूगल लेंस का बटन भी दिख रहा G है। इसपर क्लिक करके फोटो के जरिए भी किसी वीडियो को सर्च कर सकते हैं।

व्हाट्सऐप चैट ट्रांसफर आसान बनाने के लिए नए फीचर पर काम कर रहा है। इस फीचर की मदद से यूजर सिर्फ एक क्यूआर कोड स्कैन से सारी चैट हिस्ट्री ले सकेंगे। इसके लिए गूगल ड्राइव की जरूरत नहीं होगी।

व्हाट्सऐप में नए अपडेट आने के बाद इसके यूजर कई सारे चैनल को पिन कर सकेंगे। डब्ल्यूएबीटाइंफो के मुताबिक व्हाट्सऐप इस फीचर की टेस्टिंग एंड्रॉयड के बीटा वर्जन 2.24.13.3 पर कर रहा है। इस बीटा वर्जन में दो चैनल को पिन करने की सुविधा मिल रही है। पिन करने के बाद ये चैनल, चैनल वाले टैब में सबसे ऊपर दिखेंगे। कंपनी कई सारे अन्य फीचर की भी टेस्टिंग कर रही है जिसके आने के बाद कई सारे चैनल को एक बार में रीड किया जा सकेगा।

ब्रुसेल्स, एजेंसी। मेटा ने अपने आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलीजेंस (एआई) मॉडल को प्रशिक्षित करने के लिए निजी डाटा के इस्तेमाल की योजना बनाई लेकिन इसपर वियना स्थित एडवोकेसी ग्रुप एनओवाईबी (नन ऑफ योर बिजनेस) ने आपत्ति जताई है। एनओवाईबी ने नेशनल प्राइवेसी वॉचडॉग से मेटा की इस गतिविधि के खिलाफ तुरंत कार्रवाई की मांग की। समूह के अनुसार, 26 जून से लागू की गई मेटा की प्राइवेसी पॉलिसी के ■तहत इसकी एआई तकनीक के लिए निजी डाटा, तस्वीरों का इस्तेमाल करने की अनुमति है। समूह ने बताया कि इसने मेटा के खिलाफ 11
11 यूरोपीय देशों की शिकायत के बाद हुई कार्रवाई की मांग
शिकायतें दर्ज कराई है। साथ ही ऑस्ट्रिया, बेल्जियम, जर्मनी, फ्रांस, ग्रीस, इटली, आयरलैंड, द नीदरलैंड्स, नॉर्वे, पोलैंड और स्पेन में डाटा सुरक्षा के लिए समाधान की मांग की। मेटा ने इन आरोपों को खारिज किया और 22 मई को प्रकाशित ब्लॉग का हवाला दिया। इस के अनुसार, मेटा सार्वजनिक तौर पर ऑनलाइन उपलब्ध सामग्री का इस्तेमाल अपने एआई मॉडल को प्रशिक्षित करने के लिए करेगा।

एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक गूगल मैप्स में अब यूजर का डाटा स्टोर नहीं होगा। पहले गूगल मैप्स के सर्वर पर यूजर की लोकेशन हिस्ट्री स्टोर होती थी, लेकिन अब यूजर की डिवाइस पर ही हिस्ट्री डाटा स्टोर होगा।

वाशिंगटन, एजेंसी। विलुप्त होने की कगार पर पहुंचे पौधे को बचाने के लिए आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलीजेंस (एआई) की मदद ली जा रही है। साउथेंपटन यूनिवर्सिटी के शोधकर्ताओं ने इस पौधे के लिए साथी की तलाश शुरू की है।
यह पौधा नर प्रजाति का है और इसके लिए मादा प्रजाति के पौधे की तलाश है ताकि परागण के जरिए इनकी संख्या बढ़ाई जा सके। धरती पर बीज धारण करने वाले सबसे पुराने पौधों की प्रजाति साइकैड्स का सदस्य ई वुडी एआई पौधा डायनोसॉर युग से भी पहले का है।
1895 में साइकैड प्रजाति का – एकमात्र पुरुष प्रजाति का पौधा – एनसेफालारतोस वुडी (ई वुडी) सबसे पहले दक्षिण अफ्रीका के गोय वन में मिला था। इसके लिए मादा साथी की तलाश है। विलुप्तप्राय प्रजाति के नमूने को लंदन के कीव गार्डन समेत विभिन्न बोटैनिकल गार्डन में भेजा गया। अब साउथेंपटन यूनिवर्सिटी में डॉ लॉरा सिनटी के नेतृत्व में इसपर काम हो रहा है।
