मेटा ने हाल में ही व्हाट्सऐप पर विज्ञापन की पुष्टि की थी और अब यह नजर आने लगे हैं। मैसेजिंग प्लेटफॉर्म के एंड्रॉयड बीटा वर्जन में स्टेटस एड और प्रमोटेड चैनल रोलआउट किए जा रहे हैं। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, व्हाट्सएप बीटा वर्जन 2.25.21.11 को कुछ चुनिंदा बीटा टेस्टर्स के लिए जारी किया गया है, जिसमें ये दोनों फीचर्स देखने को मिल रहे हैं।
