मैसेजिंग प्लेटफार्म व्हाट्सऐप यूजर्स के लिए नया फीचर ‘इंपोर्ट फोटो’ लाने की तैयारी चल रही है। इसके जरिए वे सीधा इंस्टाग्राम और फेसबुक से प्रोफाइल फोटो को व्हाट्सएप पर लगा पाएंगे। नए फीचर से यूजर अपनी प्रोफाइल को आसानी से कस्टमाइज कर सकेंगे। इसकी जानकारी व्हाट्सऐप ट्रैक करने वाली वेबसाइट वाबीटाइंफो से मिली है। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, एंड्रॉयड 2.25.21.23 बीटा अपडेट से पता चला कि नए फीचर का विकल्प यूजर्स को ऐप की प्रोफाइल सेटिंग मिलेगा।

Google URL Shortener is being shut down

गूगल यूआरएल शॉर्टनर हो रहा बंद

लंबी यूआरएल को छोटा और साझा करने योग्य बनाने वाला गूगल यूआरएल शॉर्टनर बंद होने जा रहा है। गूगल ने 2018 में इस सेवा को बंद करने की घोषणा कर दी थी, लेकिन पुराने लिंक अब तक काम कर रहे थे। अब यह सुविधा पूरी तरह निष्क्रियं कर दी जाएगी। 25 अगस्त 2025 से यह बंद हो जाएगा। गूगल का कहना है कि पिछले कुछ वर्षों में इन लिंक पर ट्रैफिक लगातार कम होता गया।
