फोन पर कॉल करने वाले का असली नाम दिखेगा
नईदिल्ली, एजेंसी। जल्द ही मोबाइल इस्तेमाल करने वाले लोगों को फोन नंबर के साथ कॉल करने वाले व्यक्ति का असली नाम दिखाई देगा। दूरसंचार सेवा प्रदाता कंपनियों ने इस प्रणाली का सफल ट्रायल किया है और जल्द ही इस सुविधा को लागू करने के लिए पूरी तरह तैयार हैं।
इस नई प्रणाली के लागू होने के बाद जब कोई व्यक्ति कॉल करेगा तो उसकी केवाईसी से पंजीकृत नाम ही मोबाइल स्क्रीन पर दिखाई देगा। इससे उपयोगकर्ता को यह पहचानने में आसानी होगी कि उन्हें कौन कॉल कर रहा है। इससे वे अज्ञात और संदिग्ध कॉल्स को पहचानने और उनसे बचने में सक्षम होंगे। यह सुविधा खासकर स्पैम कॉल, टेलीमार्केटिंग कॉल्स और धोखाधड़ी के प्रयासों को कम करने में मददगार साबित होगी।
गौरतलब है कि दूरसंचार नियामक ट्राई ने इस साल धोखाधड़ी और स्पैम कॉल पर लगाम कसने के लिए इस प्रणाली को लागू करने की सिफारिश की थी। सरकार ने अप्रैल में इसके ट्रायल के निर्देश दिए थे। सरकार चाहती है दूरसंचार प्रदाता कंपनियां इसे जल्द से जल्द लागू करें। कंपनियों ने इसके सफल ट्रायल के साथ ही इसके लिए
अन्य कंपनी के ऐप की जरूरत नहीं होगी
ट्राई का यह कदम ऐसे समय में आया है जब देश में स्पैम कॉल के जरिए ऑनलाइन धोखाधड़ी के मामले लगातार बढ़ रहे हैं। अब तक केवल अन्य कंपनियों के मोबाइल ऐप्स ही कॉल करने वाले का नाम दिखाते थे लेकिन इनमें यह नहीं पता चलता है कि नाम असली है या नकली। कई बार फोन पर गलत नाम दिखता है। इसके अलावा इस तरह के ऐप्स पर ग्राहकों के डाटा सुरक्षा को लेकर भी सवाल उठते रहे हैं। ऐसे में दूरसंचार कंपनियों की नई प्रणाली लागू के बाद मोबाइल उपयोगकर्ता को थर्ड पार्टी ऐप की जरूरत नहीं होगी।
जरूरी तकनीकी तैयारी भी कर ली है। कंपनियों का मानना है कि इस कदम से देश में साइबर क्राइम रोकने में मदद मिलेगी। इसके अलावा स्पैम कॉल रोकने में भी सहायता मिलेगी। एक सर्वे के मुताबिक 60 फीसदी लोगों को दिन में करीब तीन स्पैम कॉल आती हैं।

It is worth noting that the telecom regulator TRAI had recommended the implementation of this system this year to curb fraud and spam calls. This move of TRAI has come at a time when cases of online fraud through spam calls are increasing continuously in the country. Till now, only mobile apps of other companies used to show the name of the caller but it is not known whether the name is real or fake. Many times the wrong name appears on the phone. Apart from this, questions have also been raised about the data security of customers on such apps. In such a situation, after the implementation of the new system of telecom companies, the mobile user will not need a third party app.
Necessary technical preparations have also been made. Companies believe that this step will help in preventing cyber crime in the country. Apart from this, it will also help in preventing spam calls. According to a survey, 60 percent of the people get about three spam calls in a day.
