सिद्ध हो रही इस दिन की सार्थकता

यह सही है कि साल 2014 से सुशासन दिवस मनाने की शुरुआत हुई है, लेकिन मेरा मानना है कि जब से केंद्र में नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में एनडीए सरकार आई है, तब से सुशासन की दिशा में लगातार काम हो रहा है। बीते 11 साल से सरकार का हर कदम सेवा, सुशासन और गरीब कल्याण को समर्पित जान पड़ता है। इस दौरान उसने कई उपलब्धियां हासिल कीं, बल्कि देशवासियों का जीवन भी आसान बनाया। यही कारण है कि अब विकसित और आत्मनिर्भर भारत की बात होने लगी है, क्योंकि हम जल्द ही विकसित राष्ट्रों की कतार में खड़े होने को प्रतिबद्ध हैं।

सुशासन की दिशा में किस कदर काम हो रहे हैं, इसकी झलक सरकार की गरीब कल्याणकारी योजनाओं में दिखती है। इन योजनाओं में न सिर्फ गरीबी से निपटने की मंशा है, बल्कि सशक्तीकरण, बुनियादी ढांचे और समावेशन पर भी जोर है। पीएम आवास योजना, पीएम उज्ज्वला योजना, जन-धन योजना, आयुष्मान भारत जैसी पहल ने लोगों को आवास, स्वच्छ रसोई ईंधन, बैंकिंग और स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं तक पहुंच सुनिश्चित की है। इसका असर उनकी जीवनशैली पर पड़ा है और वे अब हाशिये पर नहीं, बल्कि मुख्यधारा में शुमार होने लगे हैं। यही वजह है कि बीते वर्षों में 25 करोड़ से अधिक लोग गरीबी रेखा से बाहर निकलने में सफल हो सके। डीबीटी, डिजिटल समावेशन और ग्रामीण बुनियादी ढांचे पर जोर देने के कारण शासन में पारदर्शिता बढ़ी है और अंतिम व्यक्ति तक तेजी से लाभ पहुंच सका है। हर नागरिक को गरिमा के साथ जीने का अवसर मिले, यह सरकार ने बेहतर ढंग से सुनिश्चित करने का प्रयास किया है।

यह सही है कि सुशासन का अर्थ है, पारदर्शी, जवाबदेह और समावेशी तरीके से सरकार चलाना, पर शासन व्यवस्था की बेहतरी इसमें भी निहित है कि सरकारी योजनाएं असली लाभार्थियों तक पहुंचे। इसके लिए केंद्र सरकार ने लगातार काम किया है। राजीव गांधी का वह बयान शायद ही कोई भूल सकता है, जब उन्होंने सरकारी सिस्टम में भ्रष्टाचार की बात कहते हुए रुपये व पैसे का उदाहरण किया था। आज स्थिति बदल गई है। अब सीधे बैंक खातों में योजनाओं की राशि पहुंचती है, जिससे भ्रष्टाचारियों को मौका नहीं मिल पाता। इतना ही नहीं, हर नागरिक को समान अवसर मिल पा रहा है, जिसका लाभ समाज को हो रहा है। इन सबसे सुशासन जैसे दिवसों की सार्थकता कहीं अधिक बढ़ जाती है। अगर आम लोगों को बेरोकटोक उनके अधिकार मिल रहे हैं और उन्हें इसके लिए किसी अदालत के चक्कर नहीं काटने पड़ रहे, तो इसे

It is true that Good Governance Day began to be celebrated in 2014, but I believe that since the NDA government, led by Narendra Modi, came to power at the center, continuous work has been done in the direction of good governance. For the past 11 years, every step of the government seems to be dedicated to service, good governance, and the welfare of the poor. During this period, it has achieved many milestones and has also made the lives of the countrymen easier. This is why there is now talk of a developed and self-reliant India, as we are committed to soon joining the ranks of developed nations.

The extent to which work is being done in the direction of good governance is reflected in the government’s pro-poor welfare schemes. These schemes not only aim to combat poverty but also emphasize empowerment, infrastructure, and inclusion. Initiatives like the PM Awas Yojana, PM Ujjwala Yojana, Jan Dhan Yojana, and Ayushman Bharat have ensured access to housing, clean cooking fuel, banking, and healthcare services for the people. This has impacted their lifestyles, and they are now becoming part of the mainstream instead of being marginalized. This is why more than 250 million people have been able to rise above the poverty line in recent years. The emphasis on DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer), digital inclusion, and rural infrastructure has increased transparency in governance and ensured that benefits reach the last person quickly. The government has made a concerted effort to ensure that every citizen gets the opportunity to live with dignity.

It is true that good governance means running the government in a transparent, accountable, and inclusive manner, but the improvement of the governance system also lies in ensuring that government schemes reach the real beneficiaries. The central government has continuously worked towards this. No one can forget Rajiv Gandhi’s statement when he spoke about corruption in the government system, using the example of money and rupees. Today, the situation has changed. Now, the scheme amounts are directly transferred to bank accounts, leaving no opportunity for corrupt individuals. Moreover, every citizen is getting equal opportunities, which is benefiting society as a whole. All of this significantly increases the importance of days like Good Governance Day.
