During this time, water, coffee or other calorie-free beverages can be consumed. The ideal time frame for different people varies depending on their physical health and metabolism. But initially the fasting period should not exceed 12 hours.

Time-restricted diet

It involves breathing for 12 hours or more daily and eating in the remaining hours. Fasting for 16 hours and then in the remaining 8 hours, you can eat three or more meals.

What are its benefits

During intermittent fasting, low-calorie and healthy food is taken in a few hours of the day. This does not cause the body to crave extra calories and gradually the extra calories start decreasing. This fasting can prevent sudden increase in sugar levels. It improves eating habits and reduces heart-related problems. Intermittent fasting is considered harmful in pregnancy. Therefore, pregnant women should not change their diet without medical advice.

5:2 diet

This chemical is especially found in food containers, medical equipment, plastic pipes, pesticides, detergents and cosmetics. When this chemical breaks down into microscopic particles and reaches the body, it increases inflammation in the heart arteries, which also caused economic loss. According to the report, the economic loss due to this reached $ 510 billion in 2018 alone. According to estimates, this loss can be up to $ 3.74 trillion. Heart rate can stop and the risk of stroke increases manifold. Sarah Hyman, the lead author of the study, said, the chemicals used in plastic are a serious threat to human health.
