भारत-पाकिस्तान के बीच सीजफायर का ऐलान:विदेश सचिव बोले- अब जमीनी और हवाई हमले नहीं करेंगे; 12 मई को अगली बातचीत

भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच सीजफायर हो गया है। विदेश सचिव विक्रम मिसरी ने शनिवार शाम 6 बजे बताया, ‘सीजफायर शाम 5 बजे से लागू होगा। अब दोनों देश जमीन, आकाश और समुद्र में एक-दूसरे पर हमला नहीं करेंगे। देशों के DGMO 12 मई को दोपहर 12 बजे बातचीत करेंगे।’

सीजफायर के लिए अमेरिका ने मध्यस्थता की। शनिवार शाम 5:30 बजे यूएस राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प ने ट्वीट कर इसकी जानकारी दी।

उन्होंने बताया, ‘रात यूएसए की मध्यस्थता में चली लंबी बातचीत के बाद मुझे बताते हुए खुशी हो रही है कि भारत और पाकिस्तान तुरंत और पूरी तरह हमले रोकने के लिए तैयार हो गए हैं। मैं दोनों देशों को कॉमनसेंस, समझदारी से भरा फैसला लेने के लिए बधाई देता हूं।’

अमेरिकी विदेश मंत्री और उप-राष्ट्रपति ने मोदी से बातचीत की अमेरिकी विदेश मंत्री मार्को रूबियो ने कहा कि उपराष्ट्रपति जेडी वेंस और मैं खुद पिछले 48 घंटों से भारत-पाकिस्तान के अफसरों के अलावा पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी, पीएम शहबाज शरीफ, विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर, आर्मी चीफ आसिम मुनीर और राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार अजित डोभाल से बातचीत कर रहे हैं।

उन्होंने कहा, ‘मुझे यह बताते हुए खुशी हो रही है कि पाकिस्तान और भारत की सरकार तुरंत सीजफायर के लिए राजी हो गई हैं। दोनों देश निष्पक्ष मंच पर विवादों का निपटारा करने के लिए बातचीत को तैयार हो गए हैं। हम मोदी और शहबाज शरीफ तारीफ करते हैं कि उन्होंने बुद्धिमत्ता से शांति का रास्ता चुना।’

डार ने कहा- पाकिस्तान शांति के लिए कोशिश करता रहा है पाकिस्तान के विदेश मंत्री इशाक डार ने कहा, ‘पाकिस्तान और भारत ने तत्काल प्रभाव से युद्ध विराम पर सहमति जताई है। पाकिस्तान ने हमेशा अपनी संप्रभुता और क्षेत्रीय अखंडता से समझौता किए बिना क्षेत्र में शांति और सुरक्षा के लिए प्रयास किया है।’

वाशिंगटन डीसी से आई अभूतपूर्व घोषणाओं के संदर्भ में अब यह राष्ट्रीय आवश्यकता बन गई है कि 1. प्रधानमंत्री एक सर्वदलीय बैठक की अध्यक्षता करें। देश के राजनीतिक दलों को विश्वास में लें, ताकि इस संकट की घड़ी में राष्ट्रीय हितों की रक्षा सुनिश्चित की जा सके। 2. संसद का एक विशेष सत्र तत्काल बुलाया जाए, जिसमें पिछले अठारह दिनों की घटनाओं, विशेषकर पहलगाम में हुए बर्बर आतंकी हमले से लेकर अब तक की स्थिति पर विस्तार से चर्चा की जाए। आगे की दिशा तय की जाए, ताकि देश एकजुट होकर सामूहिक संकल्प का प्रदर्शन कर सके।

विक्रम मिसरी ने कहा- पाकिस्तान के झूठे दावे साफ हो चुके हैं। पाकिस्तानी सरकारी एजेंसियां हमले और तबाही का दावा कर रहे हैं। कह रहे हैें मिलिट्री फैसिलिटी तबाह की हैं। यह सब झूठ है। यह दावे किए गए हैं कि पावर, इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर सिस्टम पर बड़े हमले किए गए, यह सब झूठ है।

विदेश सचिव ने कहा कि पाकिस्तान लगातार नागरिकों और नागरिक इमारतों को निशाना बना रहा है। भारत में कम्युनल विवाद खड़ा करने की कोशिश कर रहा है। जम्मू-कश्मीर और पंजाब में सिविलयन मारे जा रहे हैे, इमारतें क्षतिग्रस्त हो रही हैं। जम्मू-कश्मीर में एक प्रशासनिक अधिकारी की भी मौत हुई है।
